The Special Olympics team from Schaumburg High School participated in their first Track and Field Olympics on May 1, 2005 . SHS was represented by three athletes competing in a variety of events. The athletes were assisted by their friends from Partners Club. As you will see from the photos, although it was cloudy with hail and sleet intermittently throughout the day, a wonderful time was had by all. We are looking forward to participating in the Track and Field events on an annual basis.
