SCHAUMBURG HIGH SCHOOL'S DISTINGUISHED GRADUATES

In 1995, in conjunction with the school's Silver Anniversary, we began honoring Schaumburg High School's distinguished graduates.  These alumni have been nominated based on the following criteria:

they have achieved consistent success in a chosen field or been recognized by a professional or peer organization

they have made a significant contribution to the school or community

they would provide a positive role model for students

THE HONOREES ON THE WALL OF FAME INCLUDE:

1995: Diana Dionisio,a 1984 graduate, and an award-winning promotions supervisor for WGN-TV

1996: William Small Jr., a 1982 graduate, and a radiation oncologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital

1997: Catherine Larson, a 1983 graduate, and an engineer for NASA

1998: Sal Viviano, a 1978 graduate, and a Broadway singer and actor

1999: Steven Feldman, a 1981 graduate, and a U-2 pilot during the Persian Gulf War and a commercial airlines pilot

2000: Cathleen O'Toole, a 1988 graduate, and an Emmy-award winning investigative TV producer

2001: David Maish, a 1989 graduate, and an award-winning chef and restaurant owner

2002: Kevin Luthardt, a 1991 graduate, an artist, illustrator, and writer
