A Message To Parents |
Mr. Chris Evert |
A student's success in school is dependent upon the partnership developed between three different players:
I truly believe that all students can and want to learn. It is human nature to search for knowledge about those things we don't understand. I am sure that your child has this thirst for knowledge. Despite any previous difficulties he or she may have encountered in school, your child can learn. If your child works hard (and never gives up) he or she will have a positive experience in my class.
As a teacher, I have tried to develop lesson plans that make learning fun. The activities I have planned are designed to encourage students to think with greater independence and to increase their self-confidence. It is my duty to see that the classroom is a place where your child can grow. I do not take this duty lightly. I will be positive, prepared, and enthusiastic on a daily basis.
The parent's role in the learning process is just as important as any other. Without encouragement and support from parents, a child's school experience is much more difficult. With that in mind I ask that you fulfill the following duties:
If we all do our part, I am confident that your child will experience great success this year.
