Performing Group Teacher Evaluation

Thank you for taking the time to respond to this survey. Please provide information for only those students with whom you have had direct contact (classroom, coaching, and activity sponsorship.)  The scoring rubric for performing activities involves the following:  if the student is new to flags your response will count towards 40% of their overall score, for students returning to Poms, Flags, or Orchesis your response will count towards 25% of their overall score and Sizzler, Orchesis, and Starlite coaches provide feedback counting towards 15% of the overall score, all students receive 60% of the overall score based on the audition performance.
