whom you have had direct contact (classroom, coaching, and activity
sponsorship.) The scoring rubric for performing activities involves the
following: if the student is new to flags your response will count
towards 40% of their overall score, for students returning to Poms, Flags, or Orchesis your response will count towards
25% of their overall score and Sizzler, Orchesis, and Starlite coaches provide
feedback counting towards 15% of the overall score, all students receive 60% of
the overall score based on the audition performance.
