Injury and Physician Referral Policy:

If your son/daughter is injured in a practice or a game they must report it to the athletic trainers. If an athlete sees a physician, for any reason, during the season a note from the physician is required in order for the athlete to return to participation. Without a note from the physician, the athlete will NOT be able to return to their sport. This includes practices, games, and open gym situations.

*Illinois law requires a physician signed medical release for an athlete to return to participation, without exception!
