Equipment you will need to provide for yourself:

Cleats (soccer cleats work just fine) **No Metal Cleats**

Mouth guard (for practice AND games)

Running shoes

proper work out attire (ALWAYS be prepared for both Inside AND/OR Outside Practice)

Recommended Equipment to purchase:

SHS will provide the following equipment, but it is recommended that each girl purchases the following:

Lacrosse Ball

Lacrosse Stick

Eye Protection (Goggles)
