"The other
side of the wall" is going to be a regular update
available to you as the construction of our three story
addition unfolds. It is an attempt to give
everyone in the Schaumburg Community a "birds-eye view"
of the work as it progresses. It will include
description, as well as pictures. You can click on
each picture to enlarge it as well.
It has
been a long time (as you can tell from the pictures)
since "Chapter 6". Since December 14, a lot has
changed. Here is the update as of 2/21/08.
Brick work on the outside of the building
is complete.
The curtain wall is almost complete.
Windows have been installed and the aluminum trim work
will begin on 2/25.
The elevator was delivered 2/11.
The piston has been installed and they will start on the
deck on 2/25.
The dry wall on the Ground floor and the Second floor is
complete.
We are currently working on the First floor offices.
The sprinkler system has been installed on the First and
Second floors.
The Ground floor was started on 2/18.
The electrician has completed 80% of the work on the
Ground floor and Second floor.
First floor work will begin on 2/25.
HVAC work completed on ground floor and 2nd floor.
We are currently working on the first floor.

so good! We are on schedule! The cooperation
