Explore Test
On Saturday, December 5, 2009, Schaumburg High School will administer the Explore test to current 8th grade students. Students should arrive to SHS no later than 7:45 a.m. Testing begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. The Explore test is used by the high school to assess student achievement and identify the correct level of courses for freshman year. The Explore test is part of a series of tests from the ACT Corporation. ACT has prepared a student-centered website regarding the Explore test. The website includes sample test questions that may help students gain a better understanding of the test's format prior to coming to Schaumburg on December 5. Click here to access the website. Explore test results will be mailed home in early January.
