The art of cooking mixed with a lab science. We cook it up with a career focus. We cater for faculty and students. It really is too cool for words! A new course team taught by Kerry Frost and myself.  Students sign up for two courses and get two credits, one in Family and Consumer Sciences, and one in science.  It is a VERY hands-on course.  It is very career focused.  It is WAY cool.  Link to the ChemFood Website!
